Warranty Coverage Details

 

1. Duration: All FormaState products are covered by a Two-Year Warranty, starting from the original purchase date.

2. What This Warranty Covers:

• This warranty is our promise that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, everyday use.

• The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover: We cannot cover issues that are outside of our control or caused by improper use. This includes:

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect (e.g., water damage, excessive force).

• Normal wear and tear, including minor cosmetic blemishes that naturally occur over time.

• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs carried out by anyone other than FormaState.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

 

1. Start the Process: If you believe your product is defective and you are within the warranty period, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at support@formastate.com.

2. Provide Information: To help us quickly approve your claim, please provide the following details in your email:

• Your order number.

• A clear description of the issue.

• Photographs or supporting documents showing the defect.

3. Return Authorization: Our team will review your claim. If it's approved, we will send you a Return Form and precise, simple instructions on how to ship the product back to us.

4. Shipping:

• Please package the product securely to prevent damage in transit.

• Follow the specific shipping instructions provided by our team. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

• FormaState will cover the return shipping costs for approved warranty claims.

5. Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it carefully.

• If we confirm the product is defective and covered under the warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product.

• If the product has been discontinued and is no longer available, we will offer you a suitable replacement of equal or greater value, or a refund.

 

Important Additional Information

 

1. Remaining Warranty Period: Any repairs or replacement products you receive under this warranty will still be covered for the remainder of the original two-year warranty period.

2. Limit of Liability: Our responsibility under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for any other damages, whether they are incidental or consequential.

3. Consumer Rights: Please note that this warranty policy does not affect your legal statutory rights as a consumer under United Kingdom law.
