Free Returns for Returning Customers

If this is your second order with us, you qualify for free returns.
Just share your previous order number when you get in touch, and we’ll cover the return postage.

When You Can Return or Exchange

We understand that sometimes a product might not be quite what you expected.
Here’s how our returns work:

• You can return items within 60 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
• For wearable or personal care products, returns are accepted if the item is faulty or not as described once opened.
• Your statutory rights are fully protected.

 

How to Start a Return

Email support@formastate.co.uk with your order number, the product you want to return or exchange, and the reason for returning it.

 

2. Follow the instructions
We’ll send you a simple return form and packaging guidelines.
Please use a tracked postal service for safety.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and email you with an update.

• Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.

• Replacement items are sent within 7 to 10 business days, depending on stock.

• If your replacement is unavailable, you’ll be offered a full refund or a similar product of equal value.

• For first-time customers, postage is not refunded unless the item is faulty or there was an error on our part.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.
